  • Poland climbing the ICCA ranking

    The latest ranking published by ICCA has Poland in 21st place, which is a leap by 11 positions in comparison to 2010. According to ICCA’s studies Poland hosted 165 association meetings, which is 67 more than in the previous year. ICCA is the largest association carrying out research on the volume of the meetings industry in the context of association meetings. Never before has Poland been so high in this ranking!

  • Business MIXER of the Conference and Congress Industry

    On 14 June 2012 the Hotel Mercure Gran in Warsaw will be hosting the Business MIXER of the Conference and Congress Industry organised by the Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association (SKKP). The subject of the meeting is “The conferences and congresses of the future – techniques and methods for ensuring the efficiency of meetings”. Participants will include representatives of the meetings industry, scientific circles, hotel chambers, and the media. The Poland Convention Bureau provides financial support for the organisation of this year’s Business MIXER. You are cordially invited!

  • Fam Trip in Gdańsk and Region

    Another Fam Trip event took place on 11 – 13 May. This time the organisers of meetings and events on the priority markets were invited to Gdańsk and the Region. The event programme focused on incentive events, which constitute the product promoted in the current publicity campaign of the PTO, and on four products featured by GCB PTO, i.e. Amber, Sea, Solidarity and Castles.
